With some effort and motivation to achieve the goals you set, nothing is realistically impossible. Students just need to realize the significance held by the regular practice during the preparation for their Class 10 Hindi exams.

Here in this article, you can find the appropriate and efficient tips that can help you during your preparation as well as while you give your exam. Following these easy tips will lead you to achieve a 90% and above result in the Class 10 Hindi exams.

For your preparation, make sure you:

  • Start right away
Many students wait until the last month before their exams begin to start their Class 10 Hindi exam preparation. Even if you can cover your entire syllabus in this one month, there are great chances of having an incomplete understanding of the topics, forgetting what you have studied since the syllabus is usually vast for most subjects, and missing important details throughout various chapters. Hence, you must begin revising and practicing everything while it is being taught in your school. Do not wait for the last moment to begin studying, considering the importance of performing well in the board exams.
  • Prepare a timetable
Divide your study hours or preparatory days into fractions for preparing at least one topic from each subject daily. Making a timetable with the appropriate number of hours for studying as well as getting rest and performing other physical activities during the day. This timetable will not only help you cover the entire syllabus for each subject productively but also provide you time for extra practice and revision. Make a timetable according to your subject requirements, syllabus, and the time you have on a usual day. You can also make changes in the hours later if needed. Ensure that you stick to this timetable.
  • Cover the entire syllabus
While this may seem like an obvious thing to do, often students do not prepare topics that contain comparatively less weightage according to the exam pattern. They either completely ignore such chapters or do not prepare them with the same seriousness they have for chapters with higher weightage. For example, while studying for a Hindi exam, many students ignore Hindi vyakaran.  This is not a good habit as questions that are asked in the board exams cannot be predicted and they may be asked from the chapters that students choose not to prepare from. For example, if you are short on time, you can always refer to Hindi vyakaran class 10 pdf solutions. So, make sure you completely prepare every chapter that is a part of the syllabus.
  • Prioritize revisions
Revisions are the key to making sure you are thorough and well-versed with every topic that is in your syllabus. They also help you double-check that you have not missed any concept that is a part of the syllabus. Revising everything also helps you store the details well into your memory so you do not forget them by the time you appear for your exams. Make notes while you are going through the chapters to make the revision process easier for you. Prioritizing revisions before your exams will also help enhance your understanding of the topics that you may have found difficult to grasp.
  • Solve sample papers
Sample papers and previous years’ question papers are very useful resources to help you assess how much you know and understand well. You are also made aware of the topics in each subject that are your strengths and weaknesses. With this information, you will be able to determine the topics in your syllabus that need more practice and focus before your exams. Question papers from previous years will help you understand the exam pattern, the types of questions that are usually asked, and the important questions that have been repeatedly asked in the exams over the years. Knowing these details will provide you with an advantage during your preparation.

During your exam, make sure you:

  • Read the question paper
This should be your first step as soon as you receive the question paper. During the board exams, students are provided with an extra 15 minutes to read the paper. Use this time efficiently to thoroughly read all the questions and understand how you have to answer them. Differentiate the questions in the categories of easy and difficult to determine which questions you should attempt first to save time. Check the marks and word limit for each question to write accurate answers.
  • Manage your time well
The 3 hours of your exam during which you need to attempt the entire question paper, make sure you start with the easier questions, and then move on to the tough ones. Maintain good speed and accuracy while answering. In case you are stuck with a question, do not waste your time on it. Instead, come back to it after you are done with all the other questions. Ensure that you are able to have a quick revision of the answers that you have written to check in case any additions or corrections are required.

Good luck!
